Abstract:
At the Garching 14 MV Tandem accelerator lab (Maier-Leibnitz-Laboratory MLL run by the TU Munich and the LMU Munich) the microprobe SNAKE (run by the Universität der Bundeswehr Munich) is a unique facility to quantitatively analyze H distributions in three dimensions with micrometer resolution.
