The thesis places emphasis on a new FM active antenna amplifier concept based high impedance GaAs FET input stage to be used with nowadays-modern car windscreen antennas. Optimization, simulation, design and realization of the new amplifier for different windscreen antenna is the thesis main goal, wheras an evaluation based simulation and experimental measurements was done and compared to the standard industrial requirements.
