The aim of CROSSFLOOD FSX project is to improve capabilities of civil protection authorities and emergency response organisations of Romania and Ukraine, as well as Union Civil Protection Mechanism experts and modules in preparedness for and response to a complex emergency resulting from a large-scale flooding in postconflict cross-border region that is contaminated with CBRN agents, UXOs and remnants of war.
