Anticipatory behavior control is the basic framework of intelligent behavior.
Natural intelligence is the general ability to solve a wide variety of problems. Comparable
to the intelligence organs (ex.: senses), natural intelligence has developed in the course of
evolution. The question of a not anthropocentric and biocentric limited concept of intelligence
must start at the purpose of intelligence. However, it requires a general theory of
intelligence in which the ability to separate regularity from chance is integrated. Against
this background the hypothesis of a superintelligence far beyond human intelligence is
very questionable, because the assumption of superintelligence presupposes a universal
psychometry, but also a theory of order, of regularities.
