The object of the work is the introduction of a high-class management system in an elite school of the sport. Higher purpose is about it to indicate the importance of theoretical streams during the single phases in the development of quality management and to identify beginning points for an action-theoretically well-founded frame draught and to structure. As a science-theoretical starting point the historical development of the high-class management with corresponding scientific streams of the respective time is introduced first of all. Afterwards the used theoretical frame draught - the action-theory attempt very significant in the German-speaking sports psychology sensu Nitsch and Hackfort - for which specific features of the high-class management is applied and is adapted. The Total Quality Management models are considered with the action-theoretical draught to Nitsch and Hackfort (1986) thoroughly. As a project oriented work studies are shown to the "virtual classroom, "image analysis" and "alumni questioning" in the empiric section of the dissertation. Finally the Implementation of the high-class management system is shown after German Institute for Standardization EN ISO Norm 9001 in the elite school of the sport in Berchtesgaden. As essential results of these investigations the following points can be held on in relation on the questions put up in the problem formulation: The study "virtual classroom" supplied an allowance on the part of Hewlett Packard in the form of 25 laptops as a quantitative result. The elite school of the sport became Microsoft partner school. The results of the "image analysis" could be used as an innovation project for the all over the country operating bearer. The study "alumni questioning" served with their results as Exploration for the elite school of the sport and could be evaluated within the scope of the certification as an instrument to the registration of the customer requirements. The present work shows at the example of the introduction of high-class management in an elite school of the sport the great research potential of the action theory context of the adolescent discipline of the high-class science. Especially, however, the elective beginning oriented to project shows the high analysis and application potential of the action-theoretical frame draught in the enterprise sphere at school. Besides, the perception oriented to process of the high-class management also provides for an advancement of the action-theoretical attempt.
